What Candidates notice.
Early feedback from people rehearsing a real Target Role out loud.
“I practised my why-this-company answer out loud before the screen. Coach Mode caught that I never named the stack from the job post.”
Frontend engineerRecruiter Screen
“Tough mode cut in when I rambled. It felt like the screen I failed last month. I rewrote my STAR stories from the suggested Top Fixes.”
Platform engineerBehavioral (STAR)
“I finally practised out loud against the exact job post instead of generic drills. The Scorecard flagged the same gaps a real interviewer would.”
Backend engineerTechnical Deep-Dive
“Probes pinned on my own Whiteboard boxes beat another silent sketch. I walked into System Design already having heard the hard questions.”

Questions before you start.
Do I need an account?
No. You can practise as a guest. Sign in when you want Scorecards and Real Interviews kept across browsers.
Is my code executed?
No. The Code Pad is read by the AI Interviewer so it can ask about what you wrote. Nothing runs on our servers.
Does Candidate video leave the browser?
No. Delivery cues stay on your device. Only the spoken transcript (and optional Whiteboard or Code Pad text) goes to the AI Interviewer.
What Interview Stages can I practise?
Recruiter Screen, Behavioral (STAR), Technical Deep-Dive with a Code Pad, and System Design with a Whiteboard. You set Toughness and language per Mock Session.
How is this different from generic question lists?
Each Mock Session is built from your Target Role and Candidate Background, plus Company Research. Add Known Questions to drill, and optional Interviewer Persona notes if you know who you will face.
Can I practise questions I already know?
Yes. Add Known Questions on your Target Role (or import them from a Real Interview). The planner prefers those over reported questions from Company Research.
What is a Scorecard?
After a Mock Session you get a hiring-style Verdict, Dimension Scores, and three Top Fixes rewritten from your own answers, not a generic tip sheet.
Coach Mode or Interview Mode?
Coach Mode gives a short tip after each answer. Interview Mode stays silent until the Scorecard, closer to a real call. Friendly defaults to Coach; Tough to Interview.
